Free People Blue/White High Low Dress

Free People blue/white dress. Comes with removable adjustable straps so the dress can be strapless. Very stretchy and comfortable dress! Exterior: 100% nylon. Lining: 100% rayon. I just had it dry cleaned so it's ready to wear when you receive it! This dress is a size large but it looks smaller than a large and can probably fit XS-L.
