Hot topic tie back top sz L

pleated cap sleeve blouse with square neckline. ties at back to keep it from sliding off the shoulders. fin black and white pattern. fit and flare cut in lightweight flowy fabric. bought this probably 15 or more years ago at a local hot topic. item has been washed a few times during some moving to new homes, but in very good used condition. fabric in good shape, but does pick up every fiber or lint around. measurements shown, bundle for best deals. I would describe as sleeveless blouse.
