This dress runs pretty small. Material is stretchy. There is an elastic at the bust. Bust measures 16" laying flat and waist measure 12.5". Very comfortable and the material is heavy cotton. Super pretty and very flattering. This dress runs a bit small. The material has a little stretch but not much. I would NOT recommend for anyone with a waist bigger than 26" and a bust bigger than 34 C. No rips or tears. Be aware item is pre-owned and has been washed.
