Straw Tote Bag, Hawaiian Grass Surf's Up Beach Tote Bag with Fringe

Surf's Up Tote Bag. It is new with the tag from the J.C. Penney Home collection. It is fully lined with a inside zipper pocket. The bag is 19" x 12". The sturdy handles are 12" from the top to where they attach to the bag. I am not sure what type of grasses have been used to make this bag. I assume that is it rafia. It is very a flexible fibers. The orange fringe is also an organic fiber. It is fun bag.
