vintage 50s Black MINK FUR collar Cropped JACKET Medium/Lg wool coat midcentury

Rare, fabulous vintage find! Beautiful black woven wool cropped jacket features a real MINK FUR collar and fur trim on the cuffs. Cropped length and double breasted buttons down the front. 3/4 sleeves and a fitted shape. Real black mink fur. Fur features long guard hairs and is still supple and bendy with no breaking or bald spots. (Fur is in excellent condition). Jacket is medium weight wool and is fully lined. Lining is in excellent condition. Jacket does not have pockets. This has a "National Recovery Board coat and suit" tag (1938-1964). Bust - up to 42 inches max-ish Waist - 35 inches Total Length - 16.25 inches Length of sleeves - approximately 16.25 inches Label - Townley - also "National Recovery Board coat and suit industry" tag material - wool/wool blend- material will not stretch color - black condition - very good vintage - Several (maybe 6 or so?) hand repaired moth nibbles on the back of the jacket. They are really hard to notice unless you're close to the material, there are slight bumps in the material from them being repaired. See last pic (it's hard to tell with the black, we lightened the picture so you can see about 4 of the spots) Overall very good shape, very beautiful and wearable. Priced accordingly. ♥ Estimated size medium/large. Coat is not clipped to fit our extra small model Lissa. For reference, Lissa is 5 foot 6, a size 4 and around 128 lbs. She is a 32A, has a 26.5 inch waist and 34 inch hips, and a JLo booty, lol.
