Is the length measured with the sleeve way up? Is it shorter if the sleeves are worn on the shoulders? I love this but I’m only 62” tall and it says it’s 59” so it’d drag on the floor some unless I were to have it altered. Maybe it’d work if I wear the sleeves on the shoulders. If it’s not too much trouble, could you please measure in a ‘let’s make this work for a short gal’ way? XD
