Hi, the bag is in excellent condition. I only carried the bag to dinner one evening. This Kate bag in "Excellent" condition and the "grape" color is rare since Saint Laurent no longer carries this color.

It is more of a "magenta" shade. (In between pink & purple.) It's a gorgeous color, which makes the bag very unique! (I actually have one myself because I thought someone stole my original, and therefore reordered another bag.) This is the one that I purchased from Barney's (before they closed) and had "hidden" in storage. I love mine because it goes with so many items in my wardrobe. Also, the chain can be doubled, as well as "tied or knotted" from the inside to make the strap shorter.
