This piece is spectacular. A custom made Irish step dance dress in exceptional quality. Heavy weight emerald green full skirt, completely lined in a saffron yellow satin. Same satin trims the hem and cuffs. Intricate Celtic black embroidery. Black crochet lace at yoke. Zips up back. Flat lay measurements are as follows: bust 18", sleeves 23", waist 16.5", length 35". There is no stretch to this. Minor condition issues are pull in fabric right sleeve, small seam pop at left underarm - see pics.
