These mid rise Capri pants by St. John’s Bay are NWT. They are a nice bright navy fabric with a slight brushed feel and made from a cotton/polyester/rayon/spandex blend which gives them a sturdy feel with lots of stretch. They have a built in tummy panel for a slenderizing effect. The leg cuffs were folded up, so they have a crease from being folded, but I don’t believe they were meant to have a cuff as they are not finished that way. This fold line would come right out with iron or steamer or maybe even with the first wash. They are perfect to pair with t-shirt and flip flops or dress up for work or shipping. Approx measurements: 17” across the front waistband 21” through the hips 23 1/2” inseam 11 1/2” inseam
