We think this could be a Laura Ashley dress because of the floral fabric but there is no tag so we suggest it was handmade by a gifted seamstress. There is boning in the lined bodice and intricate pleats around the basque waist. absolutely divine. best of all it can be worn off the shoulders with the beautiful cascading layers of fabric hitting the sides like perfection. the metal zipper still works but we recommend this get changed. there's also hook and eye closures for the back.
