My usual size in Athleta is Small, however, I did not like the way the Small fit on my muscular thighs. The seam of the pocket left an indentation, so I sized up to a medium, otherwise I couldn’t tell much of a difference in the size. I hardly ever wear these choosing instead the capri length 🤷🏼‍♀️. The color was very hard to capture. It is merlot and looks like maroon with more purple hues than red. It’s a very nice rich, color.
