Vintage 80s stripe dress

Fabulous 80s red and white stripe dress with a drop waist, pleated skirt, and puff sleeves. Pulls on overhead with out any closures Unlined Neckline is elastic so you can wear it on or off the shoulders Bust 33” Waist 32” Hips 38” Length 43” This cutie has a couple of issues and is being sold as is- a few threads have come undone on the shoulders as seen, which isn’t really an issue. There are a couple of holes near the hem, so you can leave as is as they are not overly noticeable because of the busy pattern, or you can hem the dress.
