Vintage Y2K Floral Dress. V-neck floral dress with faux button front. Empire/babydoll waist, short sleeves. Black with pink, yellow and blue floral print and green leaves. Deadstock, NWOT, but has attached extra button packet. Zipper closure down the back. 100% rayon. Brand is “Newport News.” Vintage size 6, but please refer to measurements: 34” chest, 27” waist, 37” hips, 15.5” shoulders, 40.5” length.
