Do these fit true to size. I can’t see any in the photos, but are there scuffs on the leather?

@amydmckenna Hi , in my opinion they are a bit smaller than 7. My shoe size is a 6.5 and they are a bit too big for me, but not half a size too big. I don't see any major scratches on the leather I found few very tiny ones after very close inspection.,but they do have creases on them which are visible in the photos .
