barelyused350 @jenweeds hi! The hem scoops and measures about 30 to 31 inches. While it might be long enough to make a mini dress, there are large slits up the side of the hem bilaterally 9 1/2 inches so I’m afraid it would likely expose a bit too much! This would probably work best as a tunic top in all honesty! Thanks!

barelyused350 @lori109loveland hello! This is such a beautiful tunic and so silky soft! The pit to pit measurement is 22 1/2 inches. The length is approximately 29 1/2 inches in the front and the back is approximately 31 inches. The sleeve length is approximately 22 1/2 inches from the armpit to the cuff. The sleeves can be rolled and they do include thumb holes. Please see pictures! This does have a split along the side-seams at the bottom so it may give it a little little bit of flare :)
