Brand new in box, but box has been damaged. Please see photos. This set comes with 19 pieces, including 7 figures. Front of ship (that attaches under fun) has discoloring from box being damaged in shipment. All items are sealed in original bag minus the ship (taken out of bag to inspect since box was damaged), and treasure chest (which is holding 4 pieces, see photo). Music/sounds works perfectly.
