"Belt" is attached 26.5-27" length 15" shoulder seam to shoulder seam 19" underarm seam to seam measurements waist (measured sides touching 17" - so bout 34" around). can be cinched smaller. Can be worn more open to be bigger. might be a little big for an XS if you are narrower in the shoulders. Sm seems right.
