This Torrid size 4 (4X) sleeveless shirred blouse is super cute and very flattering! It's extremely stretchy, all of the shirring done in elastic, but hugs the chest nicely while flaring out beneath that with a hi-lo hem, the back being a bit longer than the front. There are buttons all the way down the front the mint-green, small floral print.
