Even though tag says it is 16W,it fits best someone size 14. Measurements are Pit to pit 22, waist 21, length 28 I’m going to list this as a size XL, because that’s how it fits. Velvet and sheer long sleeves. Stunning buckle in the front with fabric. I mean, it is truly a gorgeous expensive piece!
