Hi, is this is good condition? I already have the dress but have washed it so much the waistband has lost its elasticity. Looking for a replacement!

@messicka1 Hey there! Isnt it a cute dress?? I absolutely love it! While it is gently used, the elastic waist is perfect! No elastic failure at all! I always delicate washed and hung to dry, so it never had the heat that may have dried it out.
