Really cute vintqge 1990s black floral maxi dress with stitched down pleats at the shoulder and shot flutter sleeves. Red and yellow flower bunches and green leaves on a brushed cotton like rayon fabric. Very good vintage condition. Some wear on the fabric and some bent to the hook. Please see photos.
