Great British Traditions 3 qt Stainless Steel Tea Kettle.  Has vent hole on lid.  Does not whistle. Approximately 10" to top of handle, 12" from spout to end. Weighs a little over 3 lbs.  3 qt capacity, so it's a little larger than what you may be used to. It does have a max mark on it should you wish to use that Pre-owned and used.  Interior has "spots" as evidence of use. Handle has " mark " on it. Please review pictures carefully to avoid disappointment
