I started getting headaches and migraines in grade school. competition gymnastics really stressed me out so mom took me out. then they went away. but in my 20s I was rear ended 7 different times with whiplash. that triggered migraines and headaches ever since unfortunately. plus family history of migraines on both sides. unlucky for me. :((

@rlambert999 ugh 😑 that’s no fun at all. I started mine when I was pregnant in the 5th month with my daughter then went away. Then 5th month with my son again and never went away since. He is 19 and daughter is 22. I never wish migraines on anyone they’re horrible

@pandamax504 oh btw, speaking of lotto winning. 2 weeks ago here in Oregon a person won the powerball 1.3 billion about 15 miles away from me. then 3 days ago another oregon winner 1 million 10 miles from me, insane. I need that soooo badly.

@pandamax504 it was so funny. I laughed for several minutes. thanks for asking, I've been fair some decent days others rough. I get about 20 days a month of head pain/migraines, just brutal. one minute fine the next migraine. hope you are well :))

@pandamax504 ^^^ plus I have a lot of stress and don't sleep well which both trigger more migraines. my mom had them, my dad gets them, it was passed down unfortunately. I had the most since age 40...I'm 51. they just get worse due to older age and hormone changes, menopause is around the corner. think my mom stopped with periods by age 53. she passed away 9 years ago, so I'm not exactly sure, but definitely by 54.

@pandamax504 she was only 62 when passed from cancer. her mom, my gramma was only 53 when she passed away on my 11th bday, so awful. she had a bad heart and cancer, heavy smoker.

@rlambert999 that has to make it much worse with not getting enough sleep and stress. 🫤. It’s so unfortunate , no one had them in my family at all, I just developed when I was pregnant and then went away then pregnant again and they never went away. All hormonal for me, they aren’t any fun but I couldn’t compare mine to yours at all.. I feel so bad you get them so often. Not many days where you don’t have them in a month 🥴.

@rlambert999 I am sorry about your mom as well.. that’s so young 🥹. My grandma passed at 58 from cancer the year before I was born so I never knew her. 2 of my uncles passed as well from the same cancer at 58 and 68

@pandamax504 I was 42 when mom passed on mother's day. still difficult for me. miss her ♡ her whole family died young. her dad caught fire in his home, + pancreatic cancer. died @ hospital 3rd degree burns. her one bro sids death age 4 months. one bro suicide 26, other bro brain cancer 46. her mom cancer 53. sad sad sad. my poor mom lost them all so young. I'm sorry about your family. it's really tough. death of our loved ones is extremely painful.

@pandamax504 and my grampa that caught fire was only 49. so much tragedy in her family. her nephew my cousin died overdose age 23. my poor mom, so much death, so young and she just fell apart after being so strong for 20 years. turned to alcohol and it ruined her life.

@pandamax504 My son is 28, 29 in September. I had him @ 22, never married. left his dad as he was extremely abusive in every way + started hurting our son as a baby. I had a few very long term boyfriends, always turns out bad. My experience is they are very self serving, cheat and lie. I'm sure there are decent ones out there. When I was in my 20s met some good ones, older, stable, homes, but I wasn't attracted to them. I moved to Tx for 10 years 2002 to 2012. Back home to Oregon 2012.
