Brand new in the box. my husband tried it on for 15 minutes and said smart watches were not for him 🙄 I can factory reset if needed, but i have it logged in for his Gmail account because I thought he would wear it. no scratches, no missing parts, has everything in the box like it was when I bought it. someone deserves to enjoy! I love mine!
