I went to one of those storage locker auctions and the locker I bought had some wooden boxes that were full of gemstones with certification cards! It was the only auction I've ever been to, now I feel like I should play the lottery but I'm afraid to spoil my luck! All my gems are posted at less than wholesale prices because this isn't what I do for a living, I'm a graphic designer and I have had them forever (since 2014!) I realized that I will never get around to selling them. They've been in a locked closet for YEARS. I know minerals pretty well but I'm not as educated in gems so I don't want to charge a lot when I don't know how to judge value. I've had a lot of these tested, the ones that were tested are mostly the rubies and emeralds and they turned out to be what they said they were. I just don't want to sink more money into testing all of them (it was pricey!) and then try to grade them and get them appraised, and THEN find a buyer to pay a ton for them, it seems so exhausting especially when I get to do my dream job every day! I don't have an expensive gemstone tester but I recently got a diamond tester and it shows us that it has the right hardness to it for tourmaline! The color on this is so beautiful and deep, it has an absolutely beautiful cut and the size . . .its so BIG for tourmaline! *Comes with certification card, gemstone and snazzy gem box*

debbyjones717 Sweetheart what is your best price for this stone. I know your prices are wonderful. I’m 70 years old and my income is unchangeable. I’m homebound and disabled. I’m trying to purchase, for my daughter who loves, tourmaline. It will be placed in with my papers for when I’m not.

debbyjones717 @brighthorse thank you sweetheart. I have a doctor appointment today at 1: let me see the damage with prescriptions. I’ll know how much spending I can do. That’s very gracious of you. Please hold onto it till I return. I need blue with a hint of green. My daughter calls it “indicolite”tourmaline. When I asked she said it’s blue with a touch of green. She has small ones not even near a carat in size.

debbyjones717 @brighthorse thank you for the hold on this tourmaline . I will let you know as soon as I get home if I’ll have enough$ left… I don’t quite understand why, but there is something called a donut hole with Medicare ..where the script prices are almost full price. Then (something is satisfied ) the prices are dropped back to Semi reasonable. This rise happens about mid year then they drop back.

debbyjones717 Sweetheart can you send the offer to me that you said was do- able for you and I will go for it. If I have to make any adjustments on my other bills I will have to do it. I don’t want to miss out on this piece. Perhaps one day you may find a round lime green demantoid garnet or a round light green sphene. Similar color I don’t know if I spelled them right. But my daughter said that’s what they are called.

debbyjones717 @brighthorse I’m sorry I don’t have money for a bundle right now.. Just the one stone now, there were several things I tagged as favorites. But can’t get them at this time. . I’m sorry, it was a rough day. I fell asleep and just woke up. Let me try to place an offer. I’m not good at this.but will try. I can’t lose the opportunity for the blue green tourmaline.

brighthorse @debbyjones717 oh no hon, I just can't make anyone an offer to you unless it was put into your bag, it won't allow me to, that's what I meant. You don't have to have more than one in your bundle.

debbyjones717 Hopefully I did that correctly. I am so sorry for giving the impression I could purchase any other items today..When my check comes in, perhaps if another item or two is “still” available I can purchase. But that is in 2 weeks. I wish I could bundle now,it would save postage. I so appreciate your patience and understanding. If you can’t accept the$10 off offer, I understand. I will wait and hope it’s not sold to another.
