NWT Ann Taylor royal blue sleeveless sheath dress. Back zipper still have tissue on it and slit in skirt still stitched. Polyester with a little spandex. Fabric has a thicker crepe feel to it (see last pic for fabric look). Waist 16”, bust 18” with room to stretch, shoulder to bottom 40”.
