This is a Tarina Tarantino headband in the Day Queen style (still sold on her website), but this is vintage to the mid-1990s. It is the blue color scheme with the central stones closer to her headband itself more blue and the top stones and smaller ones on each side more of an aqua color. The stones are Swarovski crystals and this is so sparkly!
