Great Sunday Best dress, dinners out, birthday parties and more. Not lined so its Super light and airy. Fantastic summer/spring dress and jacket. If you love the look of Navy and White this is your dress. You can also dry clean if you'd like but I only did when we were in a hotel situation and I couldn't wash it myself. There are NO TAGS in most of my clothing for sale as my daughter has very sensitive skin and her comfort matters more than tags. So if you need measurements, ask PRIOR to purchase.
