Vintage Liza by Lilly Pulitzer Tiered Maxi Skirt

So beautiful and unique! I have only seen one other one for sale. Made in the 60s. In excellent condition given that it is 60+ years old. No yellowing stains. I soaked it in a vintage soak and cleaned it on delicate, smells great. There are two very small black spots on it (size of the tip of a pen). Both in photos. Elastic is still good on waistband. 12” across waist 42.75” long
