@cynper Ok. I'm so sorry. Yes, another customer got your items and you got some of theirs. Got 3 large orders besides yours on that day on different sites. One was, ironically, similar to yours. You got some of her charms, I'll bet. I haven't looked yet but, pave heart clear with red inner heart stone. Mickey black czs dangle, Mickey snowflake dangle, and a few others. @cynper You mean mickey ears. It didn't take me long to ship. I scheduled for a pick up and USPS didn't pick it up and then scheduled again for pick up and they never scanned until following day. We discussed all of this so I don't know why you are saying that. Actually, upon rechecking, they never showed scanning until later that night on the 15th. You purchased on the 12th. I attempted shipping on 13th which is Saturday. Then got it picked up on Monday the 15th. All my money is going out

There is no one to contact for refund, as I have already spent the money. But I am happy to correct this and apply shipping credit and additional credit of $30 for the inconvenience.
