ALWAYS VIDEO AND TAKE PHOTOS

Posh story . I sold something and the buyer claimed it was damaged. I contacted someone on Instagram because the claim was accepted but I had video proof of hem! I was then allowed to send my videos in and they sided with both of us. Saying they can’t say if it was damaged while I packaged ( no) or when it was opened and tried on. IAnywho! I’m trusting the buyer and maybe something weird happened! But my point is .. video and take photos! And plead your case! I was awarded my earnings and I believe she got her money back! I’m just glad I had the evidence 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
