boitumelo21 The waist is 15.5 inches? Is that 31” total or a waist of 15”. Is the discoloration on the lower leg and is it a worn out-type of discoloration or a stain of a certain color?

stephajane @boitumelo21 Hi. The waist about 31" aroud. The 15.5 is noted as front laid flat. The discoloration appears to be lighter spots.. maybe caused by bleach. I am not sure. It does not appear that it will wash out. They are, however, very light.
