I just wanted to let you know the only reason why I countered is because i'm not sure if I'll be able to get the brown dirt off of the lettering without damaging the lettering or fading it out. I hope you'll accept my offer! I lived in the LA/Century City/LaCienega & Sunset for 17 years in 1980-97.
