While new, the leather does have minor imperfections and minor scratches which is really just leather and what it does. I’ve shown in photos as want to be as honest and transparent as possible. Sorry I am not exactly sure what spot to measure heel, just see photos. The opening circumference is about 5.5”. The shaft height is about 17”. The inside has the traditional Ugg not sure exactly what you call it the ball of the foot. The box is not included. They are a women’s Sz 8.5 Incredible detail and stitching and beautiful leather knee high boots that are perfect for Fall.
