NWT Free People Pencil Skirt

This skirt is gorgeous. It is 18 inches from top to bottom. 5% spandex so it has good stretch. The nylon piping and the lace make this piece look so strong yet sexy. The one Pamela Anderson wore to dinner recently is similar (3rd photo). On the back there is a small imperfection on one part of the nylon piping. See last photo.
