I think this dress fits on the smaller side. I am normally a four in a dresses and it fit me but I think it could also fit even smaller if you want a little bit more room (I wouldn’t want it smaller as a 4). I do think it will fit on a smaller bust versus larger because it is more fitted and its construction. I do think it could work well if you are normally a small or extra small in dresses!
