@paula_angulo thus us vintage suoervsmall i wouldn't rely much on the elastic it's not the whole waist. it's just to ease up a little but when bending over. Definitely look at measurements

@paula_angulo ok finally got to measure. so wear the band and actual skirt seam together is like right at 14" so if you truly need 15" I wouldn't recommend
