Cute, lightweight, short summer dress. Pair w sandals and you're all set! drawstring at waist but the waist is elasticized. back "shirttail" hangs lower than front by about 2". 60/40 cotton/rayon chambray feeling. ptp 19" extensive stretch waist, stretches to almost 19" shoulder to hem in front, about 30.5" (+2" for back). one owner, worn 1x or 2x. excellent used condition.
