Unique Vintage Cinderella Blue Tulle Carousel Skirt NWT XL

Brand new, tags attached, but shows some flaws. Size XL. (Runs small!) 35” waist, 30” length. Please see all pictures. The flaws are not major, but there is a small stain at the back of the waistband. A few knicks/pulls in the outer layer skirt. I do not see any runs. I tried to add a video with tissue under it for a better look. Smoke free, dog friendly home.
