This is an elegant Royal Blue Chiffon Balloon Sleeve Cocktail Dress from Temperley London. It is listed as a “Size 4” but initially fit closer to a 6, so I had it taken in and is now closer to an actual 4! (Note the person who altered it somehow covered up half of the tag when she added darts—which look like they might actually be removable?)
