Arturo Chiang Tall Black Boots women's size 7M zip closure 3.5 inch heel 3 1/2 inch wooden heel (see pics for 2 small imperfections), small amount of wearing on the inside of boot inside top part and behind zipper. other than that, the exterior very good condition. Ruching on sides and silver button at top. rubber soles. 16 1/5 inches tall from top of boot to bottom of heel 7 1/2 inches wide at highest part around leg 5 1/2 inches wide at ankle area (where ruching stops) No indication of what the material is. It looks like leather, but may not be.
