Cat & Jack Velvet and Plaid Holiday Dress

Size 3T. Upper is black velvet like material. Upper is very soft and has a lot of stretch. Satin like material around waist with bow on front left. Skirt section has 3 layers: smooth plaid outer layer, then a black tulle middle layer and then a red smooth inner layer. Zipper closure on back. Crewneck. Worn once. Excellent condition. Perfect for holiday parties, pictures, etc.
