Collectible Abe Lincoln plate

I don’t know a lot about this item but I’ve had it forever. It’s a small 3 inch Lincoln ashtray maybe. I believe it dates from the 1960s. Very cool display piece. It says “Lincoln was shot with this 41 cal derringer.”
