Forever 21 lace overlay lined a-line skirt size L

Gorgeous A-line skirt. Brand is Forever21. Lace and cutout overlays in cream and white with white lining. Condition note: some minor staining at top of zipper (see last two photos). There are small pen stains on the lining (see third last photo) and a couple of loops in the lace. Does not detract from this gorgeous skit but is reflected in pricing. Tag says size is large; however, please review measurements below for a proper fit. Waist side to side: 14.25"21.5" Approximate hip side to side. Center length from top of waist to bottom hem: 25"
