(Pictured) took to get fixed and was recommended by the alteration lady to let the next owner have fixed it when dress is hemmed. If planning to hem 1 1/4 inch off then the tear will be resolved. For reference my height and heel height was listed. I did have a temporary patch put on the tear so dress could be dry cleaned without damage. Designed to be fitted at waist with a relaxed skirt. Back smocking, tie straps, square neckline, side slit. This is a lightweight georgette fabric with a dry handfeel - 100% Viscose. Size 8.
