This is a gorgeous vintage Art Deco / Edwardian brooch. It is ornate filagree - looks closely to see all the wonderful detail! This is silver tone, rhodium plated metal. There are hearts in the center that are set with tiny rhinestones. So feminine and lovely condition too!
