Early Carved Articulated Lady/Mermaid Silhouette Folk Art With Stand

Great piece of folk art. The carving itself measures 13", 17" with the stand. Unsure if it is a mermaid, or a woman figure. She has metal jointed arms, and she has residue of glue and textiles. There is an attachment on the back to be hung as well. Will package extra carefully for a safe mail ride home to you. This is an estate item, and comes from a pet and smoke free home.
