This is the "Mini Bias Slip Skirt" from J Crew Factory in the color Black. I have two sizes to sell - one Small and one Medium. Neither have ever been worn, and they are in perfect condition with the tags still attached! The medium one is still in the plastic bag it came in. They are made of 100% recycled polyester and have elastic waistbands.
