Two questions: In a few of the photos the jacket looks more of an olive green. Is it a true black in person? Is the jacket true to size or does it run big or small?

@aprilam217 sorry, I was having trouble with my app. I needed to reset it. The jacket is definitely a true black and the coloring might be off in the photo, but it is definitely a true black. It does fit a little oversized. I'm assized 8/10, and it is a little roomy on me, but not overly... the armpit to armpit measurement is approximately 22 inches.
