@kennnkennnn Hi. I'm 5'3" and ~150lbs, but I'm more pear shaped, so I wear a size S/4 for tops and a M/8 for bottoms. This dress is a small, but it still fit me around the hips as well as the top. Hope that helps! Let me try to upload a picture of me trying the dress as well.
